Thanks, RichUpdate: No sooner did I post this than I thought, 'why not search for NVidia nForce2 Ultra 400 drivers' and voilla, I found some and am in the process of downloading now.. Everything is working, network (via 3COM PCI nic), sound (I installed AC'97 driver), video, modem, yet when I look at Device Manager, it shows the following problems:Ethernet Controller (on board)Multimedia ControllerRAID Controller (not a big concern since only have single drive)SM Bus ControllerI've been looking on the internet for several days now but have had no success finding a chipset driver or driver for any of the above. HERE
